Having a free NHS Health Check is quick, easy and actually quite reassuring.
That’s the view of West Sussex County Council Cabinet Member Christine Field who recently had one of the assessments herself.
Health Checks are for people aged between 40 and 74 and focus on preventing major causes of illness, such as heart disease.
