Firefighters freed a man whose hand was trapped in a cherry picker mechanism.
The Crawley crew was called to the scene in Napier Way, off Gatwick Road, at 9.05am on Friday (July 3).
Firefighters used ladders and hydraulic rescue equipment to release the man.
A fire spokesman said he was left in the car of ambulance paramedics.
Firefighters left the scene at 9.40am.
