A Crawley man has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis as part of Sussex Police’s drink-driving crackdown.
Jamie Pope was arrested at 3.30am on Sunday June 7 after officers spoke to him in his car at Brighton Marina Village.
Pope, 34, of Midhurst Close, Ifield, was released on bail to appear at Brighton Magistrates’ Court on Monday June 22.
