Police are appealing for witnesses after jewellery was stolen in a Crawley burglary.
A home in Brantridge Road was raided by intruders between 6pm and 8.20pm on Wednesday last week (March 4).
Among the items stolen were gold necklaces, gold and diamong rings, a gold cross, gold earrings and a turquoise and pearl Victorian bangle.
Investigator Ellie Mannan said: “A flattened plant at the back of the home’s garden suggests that the offenders used a public path behind the property to get into the garden before they broke into the house.
“I would like to speak to anyone who has seen people acting suspiciously in any of these access paths in the area in the last few weeks.
“I am also keen to speak to anyone who may have been offered the chance to buy any of the items. If you know anything at all, please contact us.”
